Return Policy & ATF Denials

Firearms, Optics, and Ammunition Purchases

All sales of firearms, optics, and ammunition are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted unless required by law.

Other Merchandise Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in unaltered, original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.

ATF Background Check Denials

If a firearm purchase is denied by the ATF/NICS background check system, the customer is subject to:

• A $35 ATF denial processing fee.

• A restocking fee (if applicable).

• Refunds (if issued) will be processed minus all applicable fees.

Important Notes

• All sales are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Keystone Shooting Center reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges at its discretion.
